Slow upload with IE 6.0 on winxp and IIS 6.0

We have an issue upload files with AspSmartUpload. The upload speed with
IE 6 on WinXp is at least 90% slower than with other browsers. I have
tested it side by side with Firefox and Opera, these are many times faster.

IE 6.0 on Windows 98 works fine.


Version of IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
