Scrolling has changed

Scrolling behavior in IE has changed. Previously, when I
clicked in the scroll bar, I would get a page up or page
down, depending on which side of the slider I clicked.
Now it seems to scroll proportionally to where I click.
E.g., if I click at the bottom of the scroll bar, I go to
the bottom of the document. How do I make it go back to
page up/page down?

Caused by a bug in the recent Q824145 patch.
Microsoft probably knows about it by now.
Fix will be soon.....hopefully.....
There is work-a-round using the keyboard keys.
