I need a quote to scroll over a picture of the man who made the quote in a power point presentation. I can not find a custom animation that will do this.
 
Since you didn't mention what version of PowerPoint you are using it's hard
to answer. There's crawl or credits or crawl in, depending on the version.
What have you tried?
