Scroll bar problem after last update

Q824145 is the problem. You can uninstall it by using
Add/Remove programs. But you may need to use the arrow
keys to find it in there, as the scrolling bug also
affects that window (at least it did in my W2K
machine...don't know about XP).
 
Thanks Richard...but I find Q818345 on my Add/Remove list
but not the one you listed. Didn't want to try deleting
it. Will this be addressed in the next update I wonder?
