Scripting a Scheduled Task

Can someone help me with the format for writing a script
to run in Task Manager W2K?

I'm not very adept at scripting. I want to
run "ipconfig /renew" on a regular basis. I don't know
the proper syntax, nor how to actually create a script
compatible with the Scheduled Tasks tool.
