Script error when printing HTML email to my network printer

I am unable to print emails when I have HTML set for my emails. This only
started after installing new Epson RX500 printer on my network.

Occasionally, there are printer drivers that cause conflicts with
applications. Do you have the most recent driver for that printer?

No luck, Outlook 2003 will not print HTML from my laptop; however my copy of
Outlook 2003 will print them from my desktop. I have reviewed all Outlook
settings to ensure they match on both computers and they do.
Epson say it is an OUtlook problem and have no help for me.
