Just bought this system. Started e-mail account with (e-mail address removed) because it would not take just Jacana (said it was already taken[not true]), so I put a dot before the @ and it took. So a few days I find that most the emails are rejected. I was on the Office Outlook Express. So I try it on MSN or verizon and they said it won't take a dot before the @. Okay, so I go back to change it, and now I screwed everything up and don't have e-mail anywhere. It is now blank and I can't figure out where to go to get a new one started. Thanks. Anybody read these things?

You need to call Verizon Network support and see if they can figure out
where your emails did go to and then have them reset your account with a new
username (probably from them, but you might be able to use something like
(e-mail address removed)) and also have them delete your old password and start
fresh with a new one. You usually have to call Verizon to do this as if you
email them, they will send you a email saying to call them back.
