ScrewDriver Client

I have a user who's office connects to my Terminal Server via the web
client. They are not able to print even though the ScrewDriver Client is
installed. Can someone tell me if it is a compatibility issue due to they
running Token Ring and WINNT4.0 Workstation? I see the local printer path
as:

Port: \\HP1230B\LPT1

contact them.
