I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop running Vista Home Premium. I am using a Microsoft cordless mouse. My question is the only way that my screensaver will work is to unplug the mouse. Is there some setting that I am missing so I can leave mouse hooked up and still have my screensaver work?

You could make sure the mouse is on a stable surface with no vibrations or turn the power off until u need to use it.

Personally i dont see the need for a screensaver. If computer aint being used for a long period of time turn it off! Or alternatively disable screen saver and turn off your monitor, Save energy ;)
