I really hope someone can help.... I've recently downloaded software that I
need to use right away, but when I try to open it my monitor goes all black
and there is text right in the middle, vertically across, saing "1.Analog
Input: cannot display this video mode"
what does this mean and how can I fix it??

Please help :(

Hello,

Your monitor is having trouble displaying the custom display settings that
your software requires.

Contact the software vendor on how to configure the software to run without
changing the desktop resolution. If there is a "safe mode" for the software,
use it instead.

Google will show you that many others have encountered this problem. Sample
solutions seem to be
a) go into your display settings and see if you can reduce the "refresh
rate" for your monitor
b) trying a different monitor
c) trying a different/new video card.
