Screen Shrunk after install of SP@

After SP2 installed and restarted my screen is only about 2/3 of the monitor
size. How do I correct?
 
Try right clicking on the desktop, properties, settings, advanced, adapter,
increase the refresh rate (maybe to 85mhz) .
