Depends on your video card. Many video card manufacturers supply a utility
that, among other things, puts an icon in the "notification area" (systray)
that lets you change resolution, etc.
Go to an empty spot on your desktop, right click and then left click on
"properties." Go to the "settings" tab, then the "advanced" button. Look
around on the tabs you see there (varies with the video hardware). If there
is a box for putting an icon in the tray, check it.
Or go to the website of the manufacturer of your video hardware and see what
they have for downloads.
