Screen Resolution Changes

Hi there

When I open Outlook 2003, the screen resolution changes to 640 X 480,
and changes back to my set resolution of 1280 x 768.

I have tried changing my Windows startup options in Msconfig.exe to
"Diagnostic Startup - load basic devices and services only" but this
did not help.

Any ideas what could cause this?
