Screen Resolution changes and rotates

I'm playing a PC game and all of a sudden, the game minimizes and the screen
resolution increases and the screen rotates by 90 degrees. This has happened
to me everytime I play. I have no idea how to fix this problem so I had to
system restore and re-install it.

I use windows XP on my DELL laptop.

Can anyone help me, please?

No reason to post more than once...

Check the 'Advanced' settings for your video card display controls...
Turn off any hotkeys there.

Sounds like you are hitting the right combination to flip your screen.
