Is it lower resolution or is the second IE window simply smaller, not
filling the entire screen? If it is in a smaller window, then move the
window so the top left corner is in the top left corner of the screen
and then expand the bottom left corner to fill the screen. Click the
red x in the top right corner to close the window, and now whenever a
new secondary IE window opens it will fill the screen.
