SCREEN NOT FULLY USED

My screen has about 2 inch margins on both sides. My arrow wont go out side
the normal screen so I can't click and drag to stretch the screen. How do I
fix???

This is not a problem with Windows. Try checking the manual that came with
your monitor. I bet you need to check your horizontal/vertical stretch
settings.
