Screen in the middle with black edges

My screen is in the middle with black edges. I have a laptop so there is no
button to make the screen to go out to the edges. I've tried refreshing it
lower but it has only one option, 60 htz. Do I need to unload and reload the
drivers? How do I do that?

Go to the manufacturers website.
Look for the driver for your model.
Download and install
Hopefully they will include instructions

Start | Run <type in> devmgmt.msc <enter>
Double click on the device and go to drivers.
