Screen has rotated - help?

Hi, not sure which topic to post this in. Not sure how this happened, I must
have hit something with my bag, and now my screen has rotated 90 degrees so
that everything is sideways? I have not been able to change it back or find
out how. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much.

Try holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys and using the arrow keys to rotate
the image.
