screen freezes

After running the spyware and re booting as requested to
be done the screen freezes, this happens everytime i run a
full scan. any ideas?

Hi

Try this and help MSAS to overcome your scanning challenge.
Maybe its too much junk within your PC. You then scan in safe mode
to avoid problems with to many running processes.

Download CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com and remove all temporarily junk.
Also clean registry with "Issues".

Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware

After install upgrade Adaware definitions with "Check for updates".

Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot just before Windows flag
screen appears.

Scan with both MSAS and Lavasoft Adaware, choose "full scans".
