screen display of background color

I am using frontpage 2003 to create my website. So far I have worked on my
laptop, but by viewing the pages on one of our other computers the background
showed a completely different color. We tried to change the screen settings,
but it did not help. How can we test, what the page looks like when it is
running in the net? This is the first time I am building a website, so things
are sometimes very difficult. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
Design your page color and images based on 16 bit color, instead of 32 bit color.
