scheduling options default

Is there any way to force Outlook '03, in its scheduling tab for new appts,
to default to show the "option" of "show calendar details"? I am using that
tab more and more, and it'd be nice to not have the one extra mouse click.

It is a per user setting that the inquirer is not able to change from what
the inquiree has set. Or do I misunderstand your question?

It's probably less that you misunderstood, that I was not clear enough.

When I want to schedule a new appt I open the new appt dialogue. The
'scheduling' tab, at its bottom, has an options dropdown. There I can select
to see calendar details (my own, in this case). Can I get it to default to
showing mine there? This is not related to others' calendars. Just mine.

I am sorry - but you asked if the dropdown (which shows your own calendar)
can be made to show your own calendar. There is something missing here.
What are you seeing now that you want to change?

New appointment, scheduling tab (next to appt tab), bottom left there is an
"options" button, which drops down four options. One option is 'show
calendar weekend'. I don't want to have to select that each time.

Hope that helps make it clearer.
