Scheduled Tasks.

When a user loggs off, windows closes all network connections. I have
scheduled a program to run and i log off. If my program requires access to
network does windows open network connections automatically?. Any help is
appreciated.
 
IE, tools menu, options, connection tab, dot preferred radio button for connecting as needed.
