Scheduled Tasks

When I try to set up Norton anti virus scan as a sceduled task, I get message
saying I do not have authority to set up task.

Help screens for task manager (Modify a Scheduled task, setting advanced
security options, setting permissions, setting user credentials) all say to
right-click the task, click properties, then click the SECURITY TAB -- my
task manager does not display a SECURITY TAB when I click properties.

Can you help me?

I am running Windows XP Professional SP2.
