Scheduled Tasks Not Running

Hi, I'm a new XP user and I noticed in control panel that McAfee, my
anti-virus, has scheduled updates for each account (I wasn't even aware of
that until I saw the sceduled task window) every 5 minutes (seems a bit
excessive), but none of them have run. I'd like to figure out why they're
not completing. The most recent entry in the log, viewed under the advanced
tab says: "McAfee.com Update Check (DD5YBL61-Owner).job" (mcupdate.exe)
1/23/2005 9:29:00 PM ** ERROR **
The attempt to retrieve account information for the specified task failed;
therefore, the task did not run. Either an error occurred, or no account
information existed for the task.
The specific error is:
0x80070534: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done." I
don't have any idea what account info it couldn't find. How do I go about
troubleshooting, or figuring out how to get the updates running? Thanks.
