Scheduled Task "Could Not Start"

I recently purchased, downloaded and installed my upgrade to Norton Anti virus 2004.

Since then I notice my weekly scheduled task has not taken place.

I have XP and I went to the scheduled tasks windows and my
scheduled task is there, with the correct day and time but
under the column "STATUS" It says "Could Not Start"

Any suggestions on how I can get this working again?

Been having a similar prob, though with a different cause. Try here:
