Unknown task scheduled starting 2/1/08

Can anyone tell me what this task is - It is scheduled to run daily starting
2/1/08 and I have not scheduled any tasks. It says -
C\Windows\Tasks\WebReg20080101212130job. I am running XP Service Pack 2.
-- I am afraid to just delete it.

Install any new software on 01/01/2008 at 9:21pm that you didn't register or
said register later?

Right-click on it and look at the Properties. What does the Run line
say? You can copy and paste it in your reply if you want. You can also
look a the Schedule tab to see when and how often it is scheduled to run.

Thank you - when I looked at the properties I saw which program it came from.
I can handle it now. Thanks, again

Just want to say thanks again because John told me to check the properties
and when I did I saw it was from a registration I have been putting off for
quite a while. So, thanks, I appreciate the help
