Schedule PC Start up

I am running Win2k and would like for my PC to start up
everyday at a specified time. Is there a way to do this?

- Set the BIOS to start automatically when power is applied.
- Buy a switching clock from your hardware store and set
it to the desired time.

I guess I should have also mentioned that I am using a
Laptop in a docking station.

Will that still work?
