scanutil file missing

When I try to use Program Compatability Wizard it says I
am missing Scanutil file. It tells me to reinstall this
file. Is there a way to install only this file and where
do I find it please help

It is not a Windows component, look for it on your McAfee disk. You would need to
reinstall or repair the product to find it.
