scanpst.exe doesn't work

symptom : .pst couldn't be imported. scanpst.exe tells "error occured"
environment : Outlook 2007 KOREAN, Windows XP Professional (SP3) KOREAN

hi, guru(s) I remember that I copied .pst file to external usb disk during
outlook is attempting close. But I didn't realized that I was wrong. Now I
cannot work any longer because inbox has NO mail~~!!! please help me, any
advice or recommendatition or offer would be appreciated.

Copy the PST file in closed state, then simply open it with Outlook -
don't use Import!

If you cannot copy the origial PST again, then you are out of luck.
