I have installed a Microtek ScanMaker 4800 and it worked fine, till my son got on here and i have been trying everything i know to get it back up and running. Is there anyone out there that may be able to help me Please? My e-mail address is (e-mail address removed)

Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing it?

BTW, using your real e-address on a newsgroup is inviting spam.
