That is done by software, and your best bet is to do so
manually with your image editing application (which may come
with a scanner but if you're already accustomed to using
something, it should also have this function.
Using automated scanner tools to do this type of correction
almost always results in worse result... sometimes as good
but never better than doing it manually. IOW, I suggest
focusing on the other qualities of the scanner instead of
this.
