UNABLE TO GET MY HP SCANJET 3970 TO WORK WITH WITH WIN XP SP2. HANG UP ON
'usbscan.sys' FILE. I DON'T HAVE THE DISC TO HELP ME. ALSO I NEED 'ehci'
[enhanced host controller] TO MARRY WITH MY USB 2 PORT UNIVERSAL HOST
CONTROLLER. SP2 IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE THIS INCORPATED. AHWBA...herb

Check with HP and see if there are newer Windows XP drivers.
You should be able to get them from their website.

Also please do not post to newsgroups in ALL CAPS.

I apologize for the 'CAPS' as this is the 1st time I've ben into this. Thank
u for letting me know..
I've been to HP but they referred me to ms. While trying to figure there
explanation was bedlam. The one thing I'm trying to get through is trying to
get an 'EHCI' [enhancher] for my usb 2 port universal host controller. Thank
