I want to put a scanner on a narrow shelf sideways.

A shelf is above it so I would like the lid of the scanner to open
hinge on the long side rather than the standard short side edge.

Even using Google inventively I either NO results or Thousands

does ANYbody know of a scanner that hinges the way I want.

If I have missed an obvious avenue please be kind.

regards

John

Look at the HP 4670. This one hinges on the side.

and the Hp 4600. Picture looks like the hinge is on the end.

We have a fairly old Fujitsu A4 scanner at work with ADF and side hinged
lid. The model number is M3093GX. It's a fast B&W scanner used for archiving
documents.

They might do a current model in this format?

If you read the spec, it says 8.5 inches wide, so it is 215.9 millimeters
wide or 21.59 cm.
No, it is not 25 cm wide.

Hello MikeD,

I means does Fujitsu ScanPartner 620 can scan 25 - 30 cm wide size
photo.

Thank you,

Ming

Sorry, I don't know. You will have to ask Fujitsu.
