Scanner installation

I have a Mustek 1200 USB scanner from 1-2 years ago. I
just bought a dell computer and when i try to install it,
it won't install. It says that the disk for the scanner
is only good for windows 95 and windows 98. Is there any
way that i can still install the scanner to my computer?

Go to the Mustek website. They have 98/XP drivers for this scanner.
Personally, I've never got them to work, but have found that the 2000
dirvers can work.

If you get the scanner to work using the XP driver, great! If not,
download the 2000 driver, and then do a google search on how to change
the registry to make the computer think you are running win2000 (a
registry hack). I've done this a couple of times and always found
what I needed.

Have faith; this scanner works in XP with a little work on your part!

hi before of my suggestions to you ı would like to learn
that what you use as an operating system?so as ı just
understanding you need its driver to install it so you can
go the author site and download the drivers for your
operating system so if you are using the windows xp 32 bit
edition you can search for your drivers..

you can visit the www.driverzone.com for your device
drivers..
