Scanner does not recognise Word

My scanner worked OK with Office 97 pro but now I have installed 2003 version
it does not list Word as one of the destinations. The scanner is Agfa
Snapscantouch.
 
My fault, Kevin, but I downloaded the latest driver for the scanner from the
Agfa website. Thank you very much for attempting to help me.
