Scanner and Camera wizard not working...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read so many posts in this newsgroup regarding the wizard. My problem
is that the AUTOPLAY works fine...once I click "copy pictures to a folder
using Microsoft Scanner and camera wizard", nothing happens. I have deleted
any version of RealPlayer that I had and still nothing works. Can someone
help here?

I also tried typing in the wiaacmgr.exe but it didn't work either. SOMEONE
PLEASE???????

I am trying to get this resolved tonight so I can take CHRISTMAS
PICTURES.....someone????? PLEASE????
