scandisk

Everytime I start my computer the computer wants to run a scandisk. It gives
me 10 seconds to bypass the scandisk before it starts. If I don't bypass the
scandisk the scandisk stays stuck on 0% complete. Does this sound familar
to anyone? How can I solve this problem?

Please help!

I suspect you have a bad spot on the disk that chkdsk can't deal with.

See tip 8 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com

I would plan on backuping every, install with formating, and then restoring.
