Scan History

I know that Clear History will also clear any scan information. In fact, it
also clears the scan log file in the Windows Temp folder. I would prefer to
see History broken up into 2 parts. One part would be strictly scan history.
This part should cover all scans (automated and online). In particular, I
would like to see entries for automated scan schedule requests (pending
requests) and when the scan was actually initiated. The other part of
History would concentrate strictly on software detection issues. Clear
History could then be applied individually to each part.
 
If you filter the system event log on source WinDefend, you can capture all
the details of both kinds of scans--these records are not cleared by any
action within the program.
