Saving to CD then Opening on different computer

Right now when I move my database to a CD it shows up as a read only or when
I Move the file onto the computer it won' t read it.
 
Well, CDs ARE read-only, so it makes sense that it's read-only when it's on
a CD.

When you copy it back to a hard drive, find the file in Windows Explorer,
right-click to see its properties and uncheck the "read only" box.
 
Yea...duu...I figured this out, thank you for the Re. on this. I should'a
figured this out before asking.
