Saving to CD causes error report

When I save to CD, I get an error report that says problem with Windows
Explorer, and cites a file from my local settings folder in Docs & Settings.
The file is always a Temp\WER site with anumber, which changes each time.

Any way to fix this? Thank you.

start/run, type: %TEMP%

Clear all files from those folders. Restart Windows
