Don't try to save it to the Memory Stick, copy and paste it where you want it.

A database isn't like a document or a spreadsheet. It's a container,
containing your tables (or links to external tables), forms, reports, code,
etc. There is no "Save As" for a database as a whole.

To back up your database to a stick, simply use the Windows Explorer tools to
copy it onto the flash drive; copy and paste, or open both the folder now
containing the database and the flash drive and drag the .mdb file from one to
the other.

Yep, that works too. There are quite a lot of ways to copy a file to an
external drive; use whatever suits you best!
