Saving to a disk

I am trying to save an access file to a 3.5 disk. I am very new to Access and do not know how this is done. I am trying to take a file that is on one computer and move it to another that has access. PLEASE HELP. THANKS
 
If you want to move the entire database, then use Windows
Explorer to locate your database (.mdb) and copy that to
the disc.
