saving project

I worked hours on a project, saved it, and the next day when I opened it up,
all the pictures and audio were blank. A big red X in the window instead of
pictures. Everything is still in order as far as the story timeline and even
plays, except the video is blank. Does anybody know what happened or what I
did wrong?

The Movie Maker .mswmm project file does not
include the source files...it just records the path
to the files.

Red Xs indicate that the source files have been
moved, deleted, or are otherwise unaccessible.

If the source files are still available...you may be
able to re-establish the path by right clicking the
Red Xs and browse to the current location of the files.
