thank u john inzer

now
another ques
i'v had big probs w audio being out of sync when i make a computer file
even tho the alteratn i did to the timeline was very minimal
(ea time i made a file of the same project, somewhat different areas were o
o sync!)
i'm hoping having one big clip will help
any other suggestions
(what i finally did was paste audio to the 2nd audio line, mute the 1st, &
that worked)
also
sometimes when i play the timeline the video stalls
thanx again

What make and model cam do you have?
How is you cam connected?
If it's digital and by firewire and you capture as dv.avi
http://www.myvideoproblems.com/Tutorials/MovieMaker/HowToCaptureDV-AVI.htm
Then you should have no out of sync problems however many clips you have.

I had same type of issue(s) and I can tell you what worked fior me.
I had video & audio going out if sync when I created any type of file within
Movie Maker eventhough it appeared in sync on the timeline. My original
footage was a bunch of JPEGs with .MP3 audio. I read on another post that
..MP3 audio could have a timing issue. I brought the orginal audio (.WMA) into
the timeline instead and VIOLA! Fixed.........
