can not save because "project contains source files that are missi

Hey guys, just looking for some help here. I've spent about 40 hours on this
project and now that I've finished - I can't save it! ahhhhh, help!

All of the files in the timeline are there, none of them are "X"ed out. Yet
when I try and save to computer I get an error saying "This project contains
source files that are missing or that have been modified after import. Your
project can not be saved until source files have been located or deleted from
the project"

I need some help!
