saving pictures

When saving pictures I always get an "untitled" where I
use to get the picture name, obviously I did something
somewhere to make it do this but don't know the "fix",
can anyone help me? Thanks, Jeff

it must be real hard to just rename the picture before
saving it? see you press the keys on keyboard.

Jeff,

Try deleting your temporary internet files (your cache). That solved the
problem for me.
