saving outgoing to Sent Folder

Despite having checked "save outgoing to sent folder"in Options Tab, none of
my outgoing mail is being saved to sent.
Is there another fix for this?
 
I'm afraid the crystal ball has crashed, I'll look into your problem once
its reinstalled
