Changing folders in Which Outgoing Emails are Saved Manually

I like to specify specific folders to save certain outgoing email messages.
The problem is that I have reorganized my folders in Outlook 2007. Now when
I click "Options" -> "Save Sent Item," it brings up folder options that no
longer exist. How can I remove nonexistent folders from this list so that I
can start from scratch with new folder names and locations?
