Saving movie to Min DV

I can capture movies from my JVC Mini DV camcorder and store them on my
computer using Windows Moviemaker, however I am having problems transferring
the movies back to the Mini DV tape once I have edited them. There are no
error messages and the program even shows the status bar moving towards 100%
at it is supposedly copying the movie back to the camera. It also finishes
saying the process has terminated succesfully. However when I go to look on
the camera no footage appears to have been copied across at all and the
camera never starts playing as the copying process is taking place as I am
assuming it should do.

Any help out there would be GREATLY appreciated. I am tearing my hair out on
this one!!!

try saving it to your hard drive as a DV-AVI file and using the WinDV
utility to copy it to the camcorder... there's a link on my Setup > Other
Software page.
