Saving Movie File To My Computer.....

I have a bit of a problem with the WMM.

When I finish my project I choose to Save Movie File....then I choose the
option
"Save Move in the Computer"<<<or something like that -.-'' Then the window
of the process of saving the movie appears, but it only reaches 1% then all
WMM closes!! What can I do??

Also how can I update my WMM??

PD>The clips I am working on are .AVI files and the version I have of WMM is
2.0.3312.0
